Baking Instructions

How to Bake Your XL Beef Wellington:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F with baking sheet inside.
  2. Spray the hot baking sheet with olive oil.
  3. Place the frozen 1lb or 2lb Wellington on the baking sheet and place on the middle rack.
  4. Bake for 60 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  5. Cover with foil and allow to rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
  6. Now, it's ready to serve and savor!

Remember, these times are estimates and it's always a good idea to check the product during cooking to ensure it's not overcooking. Enjoy your meals!


How to Store Your XL Beef Wellington:

  • We ship your items frozen with dry ice to maintain their quality.
  • Note that dry ice might evaporate in transit, which could lead to some thawing of your product.
  • Please don't touch dry ice directly with your bare hands.
  • Once you receive the items, immediately transfer them to the freezer until they're ready to be cooked.
  • You can keep our products in the freezer for as long as 6 months.
  • If a product stays in the fridge for more than 3 days after being thawed, discard it.
  • The Savage Sauce can be refrigerated for up to 6 months.
  • The Truffle Horseradish Cream Sauce stays good in the fridge for up to 2 months.
