Each Wellington is made to order by our small Los Angeles team, using the finest ingredients and meticulous technique. We craft every piece with the same care we’d give a meal for our own family — from hand-searing to perfect wrapping. Production begins as soon as orders are placed, choose between a partial $99 payment or opt for a full payment which comes with a $20 credit!
