Holiday Shipping Update

Shipping Policy

Ensuring safe and consistent delivery of our products has by far been the hardest part of this business for Tasha and I. We learned the hard way early on, which is why we now fulfill all orders through our Cold Chain 3PL partner - Grip Shipping. Together, we take great care to ensure every order arrives fresh, on time, and in perfect condition.

🎁 Holiday Shipping Update

For orders placed after October 25:

We are currently in holiday production mode! Please note special shipping rules and guidelines for the remainder of 2025.


All orders placed before November 16 will be shipped on November 17 for delivery by November 19.

If you’ve made special delivery arrangements with our support team (aka “Mitch”), your order will follow the agreed-upon schedule.

To request a different delivery date, email Mitch at support@wellingtons.la and he’ll update your order right away.

If your order arrives late or damaged, please submit a claim at claim.orderprotection.com for a replacement

Packaging

To maintain product quality during transit:

Orders are packed with dry ice to keep items frozen.

1.5” insulated liners provide temperature control and protection.

Please avoid direct contact with dry ice upon receipt.

Perishable Items

Our products are perishable, so please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery.

We cannot be responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses or unattended deliveries.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

Delivery & Receipt


You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Refrigerate or freeze immediately upon arrival.

We are not responsible for packages delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

What kind of meat do you use?

We exclusively use Angus Choice Filet Mignon in all our beef wellington products. Our meat is sourced from Premier Meat Co, located just down the street from our kitchen in Los Angeles, CA. We adhere to a strict no-return policy due to the perishable nature of all our products.

What's your refund policy?

Our refund policy extends for a duration of 30 days. To be eligible for a refund, any issues with your order must be thoroughly documented and submitted at claim.orderprotection.com. It's important to note that refunds and re-shipments are issued at our discretion.

Damages and other issues?

Please inspect your order upon receipt.  If you notice anything that’s defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong items, please document the issue with photos and/or videos and send them to claim.orderprotection.com.  We will always do our best to make things right for you.
