Where is my order?
We ship all orders on Wednesdays via 1-3 day shipping service. If your order arrives late or is damaged, please submit details on claim.orderprotection.com for a replacement, refund, or credit.
What kind of meat do you use?
We exclusively use Angus Choice Filet Mignon in all our beef wellington products. Our meat is sourced from Premier Meat Co, located just down the street from our kitchen in Los Angeles, CA. Shipping
When will my Wellingtons arrive?
We ship orders Tuesdays and Wednesdays and we aim to ship out Wellingtons within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. This shipping setup ensures your Wellingtons remain safe and frozen while traveling with dry ice!
Once shipped, your Wellingtons will arrive fresh to your home within 2 days. If there is an issue with your order, please document it by taking a picture or video, and reach out to us at support@wellingtons.la so that we can make it right. We will not be able to offer any refunds or reshipments without proper documentation. For more information on refunds, click here.
What is behind the shipping cost?
Frozen shipping is expensive due to dry ice and insulated liner costs but we do a lot of work on our back end to bring the cost down and pass on savings to you! We work hard every day to bring down costs even more.
We are proud to be able to offer free shipping on orders over $200 (whereas other frozen foods may charge $40+ per order or add it into product costs.) Not here.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Schedule
- Shipping Days: We ship all orders every Wednesday.
- Shipping Speed: All orders are shipped via a 1-2 day shipping service to ensure freshness.
- Saturday Delivery: Saturday Delivery is automatically included as an option for every order, ensuring you receive your wellingtons as quickly as possible.
Packaging
To maintain the quality and freshness of our products:
- Each order is shipped with dry ice to keep items frozen during transit.
- We use 1.5” insulation to provide additional temperature control and protection.
- Please handle dry ice with care upon receipt; avoid direct contact with skin.
Order Cut-Off Times
- Orders placed before Tuesday at 3:00 PM PST will be shipped on the upcoming Wednesday.
- Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following Wednesday.
Perishable Items
Our products are perishable, and it is important to ensure someone is available to receive your package upon delivery. Please double-check the shipping address provided at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses.
Shipping Restrictions
- At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States.
- Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
Delivery and Receipt
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.
- It is highly recommended to refrigerate or freeze your wellingtons immediately upon receipt.
- We are not responsible for packages left unattended or delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
What's your return policy?
At Wellingtons, we adhere to a strict no-return policy due to the perishable nature of all our products.
What's your refund policy?
Our refund policy extends for a duration of 30 days. To be eligible for a refund, any issues with your order must be thoroughly documented and submitted at claim.orderprotection.com. It's important to note that refunds and re-shipments are issued at our discretion.
Damages and other issues?
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice anything that’s defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong items, please document the issue with photos and/or videos and send them to claim.orderprotection.com. We will always do our best to make things right for you.
