How to Prepare Your Chopped Italian Wellington:

1. Preheat oven to 425F WITH baking sheet inside.

2. Once the oven reaches temperature, remove the baking sheet with an oven mitt and cover it with a high smoke point oil such as canola, grape seed, or vegetable oil. Be careful; the tray will be hot. You can use a paper towel to distribute the oil evenly.

3. Place chopped Italian Wellington on the baking sheet and place it on the middle shelf of the oven.

4. Bake until the crust is golden brown and the internal temperature has reached 130 degrees about 15-20 minutes

5. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly before enjoying.

Remember, these times are estimates, and it's always a good idea to check the product while cooking to ensure it's not overcooked. Enjoy!

How to Store Your Chopped Italian Wellington:

  • We ship your items frozen with dry ice to maintain their quality.
  • Note that dry ice might evaporate in transit, which could lead to some thawing of your product.
  • Please don't touch dry ice directly with your bare hands.
  • Once you receive the items, immediately transfer them to the freezer until they're ready to be cooked.

  • You can keep our products in the freezer for as long as 6 months.
  • If a product stays in the fridge for more than 3 days after being thawed, discard it.
