How to store your Wellingtons (applies to all 3 in the bundle):

  • We ship your items frozen with dry ice to maintain their quality.
  • Note that dry ice might evaporate in transit, which could lead to some thawing of your product.
  • Please don't touch dry ice directly with your bare hands.
  • Once you receive the items, immediately transfer them to the freezer until they're ready to be cooked.
  • You can keep our products in the freezer for as long as 12 months.
  • If a product stays in the fridge for more than 3 days after being thawed, discard it.
