Baking Instructions

How to Prepare Your Breakfast Wellington:

  1. For best results, thaw in refrigerator overnight
  2. Pre-heat oven to 425°F WITH baking sheet inside.
  3. Spray the hot baking sheet with your oil preference
  4. Place Wellington on hot baking sheet and place on the middle rack.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven, slice & serve!

Remember, these times are estimates and it's always a good idea to check the product during cooking to ensure it's not overcooking. Enjoy!


How to Store Your Breakfast Wellington:

  • We ship your items frozen with dry ice to maintain their quality.
  • Note that dry ice might evaporate in transit, which could lead to some thawing of your product.
  • Please don't touch dry ice directly with your bare hands.
  • Once you receive the items, immediately transfer them to the freezer until they're ready to be cooked.
  • You can keep our products in the freezer for as long as 6 months.
  • If a product stays in the fridge for more than 3 days after being thawed, discard it.
  • The Savage Sauce can be refrigerated for up to 6 months.
  • The Truffle Horseradish Cream Sauce stays good in the fridge for up to 2 months.
