How to Prepare Your Personal Beef Wellington:
- For best results, thaw in refrigerator overnight
- Pre-heat oven to 425°F WITH baking sheet inside.
- Spray the hot baking sheet with your oil preference
- Place Wellington on hot baking sheet and place on the middle rack.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
- Remove from oven, slice & serve!
Remember, these times are estimates and it's always a good idea to check the product during cooking to ensure it's not overcooking. Enjoy!

How to Store Your Personal Beef Wellington:
- We ship your items frozen with dry ice to maintain their quality.
- Note that dry ice might evaporate in transit, which could lead to some thawing of your product.
- Please don't touch dry ice directly with your bare hands.
- Once you receive the items, immediately transfer them to the freezer until they're ready to be cooked.
- You can keep our products in the freezer for as long as 6 months.
- If a product stays in the fridge for more than 3 days after being thawed, discard it.
- The Savage Sauce can be refrigerated for up to 6 months.
- The Truffle Horseradish Cream Sauce stays good in the fridge for up to 2 months.
