Baking Instructions

How to Prepare Your Beef Wellington FROM FROZEN:

NOTE: it would be ideal to have a meat thermometer on-hand to ensure a perfect wellington! For medium rare, pull Wellington out when internal temperature reaches 115 F.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F on convection mode WITH baking sheet inside.
  2. Spray the hot baking sheet with your oil of preference
  3. Place FROZEN Beef Wellington on baking sheet and place on middle rack.
  4. Bake for 80 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  5. Cover with foil and allow to rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
  6. Slice with a SHARP smooth edged knife OR a SERRATED BREAD KNIFE

Remember, these times are estimates and it's always a good idea to check the product during cooking to ensure it's not overcooking. Enjoy your meals!


How to Store Your Family Size Beef Wellington:

  • We ship your items frozen with dry ice to maintain their quality.
  • Note that dry ice might evaporate in transit, which could lead to some thawing of your product.
  • Please don't touch dry ice directly with your bare hands.
  • Once you receive the items, immediately transfer them to the freezer until they're ready to be cooked.
  • You can keep our products in the freezer for as long as 6 months.
  • If a product stays in the fridge for more than 3 days after being thawed, discard it.
  • The Savage Sauce can be refrigerated for up to 6 months.
  • The Truffle Horseradish Cream Sauce stays good in the fridge for up to 2 months.
