How to Prepare Your Beef Wellingtons:

For best results, thaw Personal and Family Wellingtons in refrigerator overnight, but keep Mini Beef Wellingtons frozen

- Pre-heat oven to 425°F WITH baking sheet inside.

- Spray the hot baking sheet with your oil preference

- Place Wellington(s) on hot baking sheet and place on the middle rack.

- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

- Remove from oven, slice & serve!

Remember, these times are estimates and it's always a good idea to check the product during cooking to ensure it's not overcooking. Enjoy!
Storage

How to Store Your Beef Wellingtons:

  • We ship your items frozen with dry ice to maintain their quality.
  • Note that dry ice might evaporate in transit, which could lead to some thawing of your product.
  • Please don't touch dry ice directly with your bare hands.
  • Once you receive the items, immediately transfer them to the freezer until they're ready to be cooked.
  • You can keep our products in the freezer for as long as 6 months.
  • If a product stays in the fridge for more than 3 days after being thawed, discard it.
